Sponsored and hosted by the Nelson Poynter Memorial Library, the USFSP Student Research Colloquium Series provides an opportunity for USFSP students to present their research, project, or idea to their fellow USFSP colleagues. The Library-sponsored Research Colloquium is an occasional event that complements other University events focused on student research such as the annual Undergraduate Research Symposium.

The purpose of the USFSP Student Research Colloquium is to:

  • showcase the research being undertaken by undergraduate and graduate students at USFSP
  • provide students an opportunity to present their work in some depth here at USFSP
  • enable students to hone their presentation skills in a friendly environment
Students interested in giving a presentation in the Library as part of the Research Colloquium should submit their proposal to: Kaya van Beynen at kayatown@usfsp.edu or James Schnur at schnur@usfsp.edu
